Brilliant Leadership

Chairman Kim Jong Il was conducting the revolutionary activities at Kim Il Sung University when one day in February, Juche 51 (1962), he shared with his fellow students comments on the Chongsan-ri spirit and Chongsan-ri method. Until then, nobody had been aware of the historic significance of the Chongsan-ri spirit and Chongsan-ri method created by President Kim Il Sung although there was nobody who did not fully realize its greatness. Enumerating for hours the circumstances of creation of the Chongsan-ri spirit and Chongsan-ri method, its main requirements and vitality and the limitations of the previous theories on leadership methods, the Chairman stressed that the issue of leadership methods was perfectly settled when the President created the Chongsan-ri spirit and Chongsan-ri method. The instruction of the Chairman which was full of boundless admiration for the immortal exploits of the President, who most perfectly solved the problem of a working-class party’s idea of leading the masses and method of guiding the masses for the very first time in the history of mankind, elucidated the great historic significance of creation of the Chongsan-ri spirit and Chongsan-ri method in accomplishing the cause of independence of the masses.
