It was one nasty rainy day in May when the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un found himself at the August 25 Fishery Station.
Regardless of the non-stop nasty rain, he, with an umbrella in his hand, looked around the fishing boats with modern equipment and several other places.
After that, when he made the second visit there in December, it was absolutely freezing with severe sea wind.
Looking up to the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un, who took the trouble to make a long journey to the faraway fishery station on such an awful day leaving all those good days behind, the officials and fishermen could hardly keep back their embarrassment.
