Shortcut to Building a Talent Power
The respected Comrade Kim Jong Un designated the year 2018 marking the 70th founding anniversary of the DPRK as another year of science and education and visited the remodeled Pyongyang Teacher Training College in January.
Going round the different places of the college, he gave high appreciation and precious instructions. He told the accompanying officials that although it is important to improve educational conditions and environment in order to build a talent power and an educational power, priority should be given to building up the teacher camp, stressing the need to train many competent teachers by decisively raising the quality of education and edification in the teacher-training institutions.
He continued to say that as a well-prepared seed bed can produce good seeds for good fruits, so well-furnished teacher-training institutions can train well-qualified teachers urgently needed for talents training, which is the shortcut to the building of a talent power, an educational power.
