Regrettably, it was raining heavily, although they came to have an honour to meet the General Secretary whom they had yearned to see even in dreams. Then, they were told that he was waiting for the factory employees in rain to have a photograph taken with them. Moved to tears, they ran to the place where he was waiting for them. It took a long time to have all the employees gather. The General Secretary waited for all the employees to come in pouring rain for a long time, telling the anxious officials to wait and have a photo taken with them. Thus, the officials and employees of the Pyongyang Cornstarch Factory could fulfil their fervent desire for having a photograph taken with him.
